Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is pleased to offer a variety of simple and secure options for you to make your monthly vehicle payment. The following chart provides a description of each option and the associated benefits. To use any one of our payment options, please refer to the information below.

Auto Pay
Allows you to have a monthly payment automatically deducted from your designated checking or savings account each month. Simple, convenient and environmentally sound. Sign-up for the automatic payment option that saves time and postage costs and helps you avoid late payments or charges. Online Pay Allows you to have a single or recurring payment deducted from one or more of your designated checking or savings accounts each month. Fast, flexible and environmentally sound. Online Pay allows you to schedule an individual payment or ongoing payments with just a few clicks of your mouse. eBill or paper statement. One time single payment or monthly recurring. None Login to your account on mbfs.com and click Pay Bill to create a bank profile and make a single payment or schedule monthly recurring payments.
Phone Pay Enables you to make a payment by phone for your amount due using your designated savings account, checking account, debit card or credit card. Save time by scheduling a payment with one of our Client Care Representatives over the phone. Or by providing all of your information you can make a payment 24/7, simply by prompts on the IVR. eBill or paper statement. One time single payment. $13.00 per transaction. Call 800.654.6222 and follow the prompts to speak with an agent to make a payment or to use the IVR.
Paper Pay Enables you to pay your amount due by personal or business check. For those who prefer our most traditional payment method, the Paper Pay option provides a monthly reminder and payment coupon by mail. eBill or paper statement. One time single payment. Postage Mail your check and payment remittance coupon to:

What should I do if I don't receive my first monthly billing statement?
You may have received a first payment envelope from your dealer at time of delivery, along with a copy of your contract and other paperwork. If you did not, click here to download the First Payment Vehicle Form. Please print out this form and fill in all the required information. The completed form should be mailed to the following address:

Please note: this form should be used only for first payments and all subsequent payments should be made according to the information furnished on your monthly invoice.

How do I advise Mercedes-Benz Financial Services if my banking information changes?
Send a written request, along with a voided check reflecting the new bank information to our national Client Service Center, P.O. Box 685, Roanoke, TX 76262-0685. Or fax both items to 800.283.9632.

May I change the monthly due date on my account?
Sure. Just sign and return a modification agreement along with the appropriate fee. Call our Client Service Center at 1.800.654.6222 for details and the fee amount.

May I stop making automatic payments at any time?
Of course. You may login to your account on mbfs.com and cancel Auto Pay, e-mail your cancelation request to autopaycancel@daimler.com, send a written notice to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, or call our national Client Service Center at 1.800.654.6222. The change will take effect within 3 business days of receiving your request. To be sure funds are not debited in error, please request cancellation of Auto Pay at least 10 days prior to paying off or trading in your vehicle.
