Whether you are a First Class Lease ® or First Class Financing ® customer, we provide you with payment and statement delivery options that meet your individual needs. Our quick reference chart below includes a comparison of our payment options.
Auto Pay -
The most convenient way for making your payments through automatic monthly bank account deductions.* Enroll at your dealership, online at mbfs.com, or by calling our Client Care Center at 800.654.6222.

Online Pay -
Log in to your account at mbfs.com and make your payments online - it's simple. You can select the date on which you would like your payment to be processed including setting up recurring monthly payments.

iPhone®, iPad®, and iPod touch ®-
Download our app, My MBFS or visit mbfs.com/mobile to make your payment from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Phone Pay -
Pay by phone with checking or savings account, debit or credit card.**

Other Mobile Devices -
To make a payment from other mobile phones or devices that are not on the iOS platform, visit mbfs.com/mobile.

In Vehicle -
Make a payment from the comfort of your vehicle by using the My MBFS app available through COMAND and mbrace2.†

Paper Pay -
The method of payment through traditional mail. If you do not choose one of the electronic payment methods, you will automatically be sent a monthly billing statement through traditional mail.

Statement Delivery Options -
Enjoy the convenience of electronic statements using our eBill statement delivery option. For details, log in to your account at mbfs.com. If you do not select the electronic statement delivery option, your monthly statement will be sent to you through traditional mail. And if you choose Auto Pay, you will not receive monthly statements.

What should I do if I don't receive my first monthly billing statement?
You may have received a first payment envelope from your dealer at time of delivery, along with a copy of your contract and other paperwork. If you did not, click here to download the First Payment Vehicle Form. Please print out this form and fill in all the required information. The completed form should be mailed to the following address:

Please note: this form should be used only for first payments and all subsequent payments should be made according to the information furnished on your monthly invoice.

How do I advise Mercedes-Benz Financial Services if my banking information changes?
Send a written request, along with a voided check reflecting the new bank information to our national Client Service Center, P.O. Box 685, Roanoke, TX 76262-0685. Or fax both items to 800.283.9632.

May I change the monthly due date on my account?
Sure. Just sign and return a modification agreement along with the appropriate fee. Call our Client Service Center at 1.800.654.6222 for details and the fee amount.

May I stop making automatic payments at any time?
Of course. You may login to your account on mbfs.com and cancel Auto Pay, e-mail your cancelation request to autopaycancel@daimler.com, send a written notice to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, or call our national Client Service Center at 1.800.654.6222. The change will take effect within 3 business days of receiving your request. To be sure funds are not debited in error, please request cancellation of Auto Pay at least 10 days prior to paying off or trading in your vehicle.
